Mini pizza topped with tomato sauce, shredded meat, mushrooms and mozzarella.

Stuff I do when stuck at home with a Jamie Oliver's book and a reluctant heart for academic revision.

Crust was done according to Jamie's recipe of cheat pizza - using self-raising flour instead of having to buy an extra packet of yeast.

Here presenting to you mini pizza for tea time.

Ratio of flour to water in volumes = 1.5:0.5 (e.g. 750 ml of self-raising flour to 250 ml of water).

Dust tabletop with a generous helping of flour and knead.

Bake the crust at 180 °C until lightly toasted.

Topping: Cook tomato using heated butter. Pour in enough ketchup to cover your pizza crust. Add in choice of shredded meat (I used pork) and diced mushroom. Season with salt.

Retrieve crust from oven and spread topping over it.

Arrange sliced mushrooms over the topping. Top with Parmesan if desired. Grate/shred mozzarella onto the pizza. Bake until cheese has melted.
